Child of God. All humans, both righteous and wicked. Heavenly Father procreated each in the preexistence. 

The Bible says that the children of God are those who are adopted by faith. They are sinners who have trusted in Christ for their salvation. Galatians 3:26 says, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” John 1:12-13 says, “To all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.”
