Saturday, April 9: Optional get-together at a local Port Canaveral restaurant in the evening for a meet-and-greet time over dinner, with all of the apologetics conference speakers in attendance. (Details to come in January–we suggest arriving into Orlando on Saturday to prevent great stress on Sunday.)
Sunday, April 10: You are required to be on the ship by 2:30 p.m. Please bring your passports. We leave the port of Port Canaveral (Florida) at 4:30 p.m.
5:30-7:00 p.m. Dinner. We have made reservations throughout the week for 5:30 p.m. and we have a chance to sit together. If this is not what you want, then you can change your reservation to “mytime” dining and have more flexiblity. Otherwise, we plan on dinner being 5:30 to 7 p.m. every day, with conversations around our tables!
7 p.m. to 8:45: Apologetics Session 1:
- Hour 1: Introductions / Testimonies from the speakers
- Hour 2: Matt Slick, plenary topic TBD
Note: Because there are excellent theatre shows at 9 p.m. each night, we want to make sure those attending our conference have a chance to see these popular shows. Therefore, we would like to begin promptly at each session and end at promptly as well so people have opportunities to leave. (Feel free to stay and chat afterward.)
Monday, April 11: At sea
7:00-7:30 a.m. Devotional / Prayer and Praise in the ship’s chapel (Optional, 1/2 hour, each weekday morning)
4:30 p.m to 5:30: Apologetics Session 2: Matt Slick, plenary TBD
5:30 p.m. to 7:00: Dinner
7:00 pm to 8:45: Apologetics Session 3: 4 breakout sessions
When we have 4 breakout sessions, the first 50 minutes (7:00 to 7:50) takes place with no introduction. There is a 5 minute break, then the second sesssion is the following 50 minutes (7:55 to 8:45).
Tuesday, April 12: Labadee, Haiti (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
7:00 to 7:30 a.m. Devotional / Prayer and Praise in the ship’s chapel
3:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Apologetics Session 4: Panel 1 TBD
We will have a topic with our speakers discussing for the first half and then questions/ participation from the audience allowed in the second half.
5:30 p.m. to 7:00: Dinner
7:00 p.m. to 8:45: Apologetics Session 5: Bill McKeever, Plenary (“Homosexuality: Is There a Biblical Way to Think?”) with discussion afterward
Wednesday, April 13: Falmouth, Jamaica (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.: Apologetics Session 6: Matt Slick, plenary TBD

Thursday, April 14: George Town, Grand Cayman (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
7:00 to 7:30 a.m. Devotional / Prayer and Praise in the ship’s chapel
3:45 to 5:30 p.m.: Apologetics Session 8: Panel 2 on “Calvinism vs. Arminianism: Is there a biblical way to think?” with discussion afterward

Friday, April 15: Cozumel, Mexico (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
7:00 to 7:30 a.m.: Devotional / Prayer and Praise
8:30 to 9:50 a.m.: Apologetics Session 10: Plenary, Bill McKeever, “The Book of Mormon Lands” Note: For those who would like to join us, we will be taking a Mayan temple excursion together (optional, extra fees for the tour apply)
5:30 p.m. to 7:00: Dinner
7:00 to 8:45 p.m.: Apologetics Session 11: 4 breakout sessions
Saturday, April 16: At sea
7:00 to 7:30 a.m. Devotional / Prayer and Praise
4:30 to 5:30: Apologetics Session 12: Panel 3: Questions and Answers on a variety of topics. This is your chance to ask any question that wasn’t addressed during the conference.
5:30 p.m. to 7:00: Dinner
7 p.m. to 8:45: Apologetics Session 13: 2 breakout sessions and then, the last hour, we conclude with the final plenary: Matt Slick (CARM)
Sunday, April 17: Arrive back at Port Canaveral (6 a.m.)
